By following our guidelines, you can be confident that your print materials will match your vision. Moreover, these guidelines will save you time and reduce the likelihood of errors in the production process. As a result, your prints will turn out just as you expect.
A R250.00 setup fee is applied per product and is automatically included in your order. This covers the preparation of your artwork for printing, ensuring it is correctly aligned with our production specifications.
If you’re supplying your own artwork, it’s essential to follow our specific Artwork Guidelines & Design Services instructions. First, you must use our pre-set dielines for each product type. These dielines are critical as they define the exact specifications for your print materials, including bleed areas, safe zones, and cut lines. By following these instructions, you will avoid any potential errors during production. Therefore, it is crucial to set up your design correctly from the beginning.
Artwork Requirements:
- File Format: Print-ready PDF with outlined fonts.
- Colour Mode: CMYK (not RGB) for accurate colour reproduction.
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum for sharp, high-quality prints.
- Bleed & Safe Zone: Include a 3mm bleed, keeping important elements inside the safe zone.
You will receive a downloadable dieline after placing your order. Artwork not set up using our dielines may be rejected.

Once you choose a product, we’ll provide a downloadable template tailored to the exact specifications for your selected box, label, or other print items. These templates are compatible with popular design programs like Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. By using our templates, you ensure that your artwork aligns perfectly with our requirements. After completing your design, simply upload the file, and we will handle the rest.

Steps to Use Our Templates:
- Place Your Order – After payment, you’ll receive a downloadable dieline for your selected product.
- Design Your Artwork – Apply your design within the marked areas using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or a similar program.
- Save & Upload – Export as a high-resolution PDF and upload it to your account for processing.
Incorrectly set up files may require adjustments before printing.
If you need help with your artwork, we offer professional design services for a flat fee of R350.00. This service includes layout adjustments, applying your logo or branding, and ensuring everything fits perfectly within the design template. Additionally, we provide two rounds of revisions to refine the final design. If you require more revisions, additional fees will apply.
Our once-off design fee of R350.00 includes:
